Founder and CEO
Dr. Aya Al-Jazi is a certified speech-language pathologist specializing in pediatric speech, language, swallowing, and feeding disorders. She holds a BSc from the University of Jordan, an MSc from the University of Sheffield, and a Doctorate from Northwestern University, Chicago. Dr. Aya founded Seeds of Hope to provide equitable speech-language therapy services, empowering individuals to overcome communication challenges.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Aya is dedicated to advancing the field through clinical services, advocacy, research, and leadership. She has a special interest in Down Syndrome, Apraxia of speech, speech cleft disorders, and voice and swallowing disorders.

School Outreach Manager and licensed Senior Speech and Language Therapist
Fadi Tadros joined the team at Seeds of Hope in 2018. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Jordan and is currently in the process of obtaining his Masters in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Jordan.
Clinical Coordinator and Licensed Senior Speech and Language Therapist
Zeina Al Thaher joined the team at Seeds of Hope in 2018. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Jordan and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology and Learning Difficulties from International University Isabel I de Castilla.
Clinical Development Facilitator & Licensed Senior Speech and Language Therapist
Zaina Khoury joined the team at Seeds of Hope in 2023. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Human Development and minor in Human Rights from UC Davis and her Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Columbia University with bilingual extension in Spanish and Arabic.

Hiba Abu Zaid joined the team at Seeds of Hope initially in 2016 and rejoined in 2024. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Jordan and her High Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Jordan.

Head of Occupational Therapy Department
Marah joined the Seeds of Hope team as the Head of the Occupational Therapy Department in 2025. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Jordan and is a dual licensed practitioner authorized to work in Jordan and Palestine. She possesses a wide knowledge of sensory integration frameworks and is currently working towards her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy).

Psychiatrist
Dr. Amro Al Omari is a psychiatrist with 9 years of clinical experience. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The Hashemite University and holds both the Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych, UK) and the Jordanian Board in Psychiatry. His training includes a psychiatric residency at Al-Rashid Hospital and a Psycho-oncology Fellowship at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC). Dr. Amro has also provided psychiatric services in refugee camps through NGOs and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Hala holds a Doctor of Audiology, specialising in the assessment and management of tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for tinnitus management, an evidence-based approach that is highly effective for reducing the negative emotional and psychological impact of tinnitus.
Educational Specialist and Psychologist
Dr. Rawan holds a BA in Child Development, as well as a Masters and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. She is passionate abut supporting parents in fostering positive behavior patterns in children and adolescents. She also leads workshops for educators and parents on topics related to parenting and psychology.
